Landscape

Our targeted surveillance approach covers multiple states and numerous independent sites distributed nationally. Cross-site analyses will reveal context-specific factors that drive different emergence and persistence of SARS-CoV-2 across local contexts.  Our sites are distributed across an urban-rural gradient and deer habitat types to assess landscape risk.
